General information about FirePay:

A FirePay Personal Account is a Web-based account that works like a debit card - you deposit money into your FirePay Personal Account, and then use your account to purchase goods and services online.

In order to fund, or withdraw from your FirePay Personal Account, you must register a valid US or Canadian checking account from a financial institution that is located in the United States. Your account must also be under a US or Canadian mailing address and you will need a piece of US or Canadian ID.

Each deposit into the FirePay personal account must be at least €5 and cannot exceed €5,000. The daily funding limit is €5,000. The personal FirePay account can't be charged for more than you choose to fund it with. All money withdrawn from your account will be credited back to the bank account that was used to fund your personal FirePay account. Funds withdrawn from your FirePay Personal Account should normally be processed within from 3 to 5 business days following your request.

There is no service charge for the player for using FirePay.

How do I open a FirePay account?

1. Go to http://www.firepay.com
2. Enter your e-mail address under "Sign Up Now". Please note that you must register the same e-mail address for your FirePay account as you registered for your casino account.
3. Click on "Sign up".
4. Confirm your e-mail address by clicking "Sign up".
5. Your secured link will be e-mailed to you shortly. When you receive it, click on the link to log in.
6. Your e-mail and the password will be filled in automatically. Click Login.
7. FirePay will ask you to choose a new password. NOTE: Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters, and must contain both letters and numbers. For Terms and Conditions of Use, visit: http://www.firepay.com/terms/index.asp
8. Fill in your personal details and read the Terms and Conditions of Use. Click on "Submit".
9. Confirm your account information. Please confirm that the information below is correct and click Submit. If the information is not correct, click Modify, make any necessary changes, and click Submit.
10. You are now ready to register your bank account.
11. Enter your routing and checking account numbers in the fields below. (To make sure that this is your account, we'll make what we call a validation deposit* into the account.)
12. Next time you log in, enter the validation deposit amount, and your bank account is registered.
13. Follow the instructions on the Deposit Funds page to deposit money to your FirePay account. Click "Submit". Please note that the minimum purchase is €20.
14. The Deposit Funds Result page will display your current balance as a result of the deposit

How to use your personal FirePay account in the WebDollar Cashier:

Deposit by FirePay

1. Enter your FirePay account number and expiry date; Your FirePay account number will be a unique 16-digit number starting with 6015.
2. Enter the amount you wish to deposit using your FirePay account.
3. Enter your security code to authorize the transaction. For your convenience we have calculated and displayed the additional amount that you may deposit without the Security Code.
4. The deposited funds will automatically be transferred to your casino account in a few moments.
